(Nov.13 - Nov.28), 1998 "ARTSEEN 6" (Windsor/Detroit) (Open; mixed media installation and performance)



Artcite's annual off-site exhibition and performance event. This year, Artseen 6 was staged on the top three (derelict) floors of a 1920s-era office building in downtown Windsor.



Artists for this exhibition were Michael Ambedian, Jennifer Anderson, Chris Blanchenot, Denis Bolohan, Allen Bukoff, Christine Burchnall, Tyrone Brais, Leesa Bringas, Michael Califano, Christine Carr, Suzanne Carte, Evidence Institute, Lori Finlayson, Lisa Finlayson, Marie Graff, Marshall Heaton, Magna E. Joy, Kevin Kilpatrick, Trevor Laframboise, Katherine Lannin, Christopher Mangin, Melissa Mazar, Natalie Olanick, Peter Pelisek, David Poolman, Bob Reid, Anthony Sabo, Rod Strickland, J. Meeka Stuart and Yequiang Wang.



Artseen 6 also featured a closing performance by experimental musical group Deep Coma. Artcite's gallery space was transformed into a nightly public window display of Marie Graff's kinetic sculpture.
